Selling my home was a smooth process with the Whitney Team. It was my first time selling a home and did not know what to expect. Guy and Sheri started the process with a thorough explanation of what to expect. It was easy-Peezy after that. Of course, as the seller, I had to do my part. But, thats what made having the Whitneys the perfect partner to sell my home. THE WHITNEY TEAM IS PROFESSIONAL, TRUSTWORTHY, and EXPERIENCED ADVOCATE. They knew what I needed (and equally important) what was unnecessary to make my home desirable and show worthy. In fact, my home remained in the top 3 viewed homes while in the market and usually, my home was a top 1 or 2 viewed! The biggest asset of working with the Whitney Team is their knowledge, experience, and instinct for a successful low-stress sell. Dont get me wrong, I was nervous about the process. Guy and Sheri asked what I wanted, gave their opinion and suggestion, and left me to decide. Their advice was on point. I know because once I decided to do things one way and quickly realized Guy was probably right.In the end, the perfect people purchased my home. The house sold in the exact time frame the Whitneys said.

I am not one to write reviews, however working with Chase and the Whitney Team warrants one for sure. When, at the beginning of August we were informed by our landlord that he was selling our home and that we have 60 days to move out, we were in an absolute panic. We were frantically looking for rentals that met both our needs and our price range...and we could find nothing! At that point, I began having a nagging thought that maybe we were in a position to buy a house. I received a referral for the Whitney Team from a good friend, and from the moment my husband and I first met with him, it was clear we were in competent hands. Chase clearly knew what he was talking about, and answered our many, many questions with patience and understanding. While I had shopped around for lenders, we ended up using his suggestion as he gave the best interest rate...and we realized we could fulfill our dream of being homeowners. We were very motivated in the search process, and Chase was there with us step by step, guiding us and offering sage advice based on experience. About a week after we started looking we had found "the one." I knew it the moment we walked through the door. Chase submitted our offer, and guided us through the whole escrow process flawlessly. Our escrow closed on 8/31/18, and we took possession of the house a few days after... ONE MONTH after the process began.To say we were impressed with the experience is an understatement. I would highly recommend Chase and the Whitney Team to anyone who asks. Even after we had moved in, I thought there was a problem with an outlet, and Chase came right over to test it!!! Who does that?!?What I thought would be a difficult and stressful experience was actually not difficult at all.... It was a joy, and Chase helped our dream of being homeowners to come true.
