We never felt as though he was pushing us to a higher price point or something that we wouldnt be happy with. Touring homes with him sometimes felt like a aEURoepre-pre-inspectionaEUR? as he was always careful to keep an eye out and point any sign that could indicate more serious problems. Will never go with another realtor in the area again!

Chase was just amazing finding exactly what we were looking for.We aren't 1st time buyers, but this is the 1st time we're buying a home out of state. We found that buying out of state there were a few different requirements, we didn't & found then to be somewhat confusing to us. At all times Chase was extremely professional, very organized, very informative & he has a real pleasant personality! He definitely has his clients best interest at heart. When needed he offered excellent advice, answered every question to the best of his knowledge & if there was something he wasn't sure of, he was humble enough to say so & looked into for us which helped when having to make wise decisions.We were very impressed how he made the time & had the patients to explain all the information we weren't familiar with , making sure we fully understood the importance of each requirement & their time frame needed to make each transaction move quickly, successful with as little stress as possible.He was super responsive to all our texts & phone calls. ZillowVERIFIEDChase was a wonderful agent who made sure to understand what we were looking for and did he best to show us the homes that suited our needs. Not once did he suggest or try to make us do anything we did not want to, he was not pushy and or assertive and kept our wants at the top of his priorities. When it came time to negotiate the home, Chase was ALWAYS on top of it and communicated at every turn. there was never a time that we had a question and he did not answer it within the hour. This being my first home purchase there was a huge learning curve, and Chase made this process painless and very easy for my wife and I. If and when I buy another home, I will only consider Chase as an agent. He was trustworthy, prompt and extremely communicative, even though he has many clients and is very busy, I always felt like I was a priority and his most valuable client, even when I had to text him a question at 11pm.
