I would never have found the land I bought if Chase hadn't recommended I go look at it. I didn't want an HOA, and was reaching a dead end on land with a view of the San Juans. Chase recommended a property that had been for sale for 10 months in a small subdivision of Loghill Village, describing the HOA as "laid-back," as the CC&Rs were only five pages. My girlfriend and I went to look at the property, and we decided instantly it was the one after seven years of searching! We read the CC&Rs, and Chase was rightaEUR"we think we can work with them to get the home and outbuilding we want. Chase kept me up to date on everything, and, unlike another real estate agent I worked with earlier on a deal gone bad, didn't mind my attorney changing several clauses in the contract.
