We flew out for 2 days to look at homes and he packed so many viewings into 2 short days to show us I was so happy! We made an offer and then had to fly home. We did not get the house we made the offer on, or so we thought, and he offered to keep viewing homes we were interested in and took video and sent them to us so we could look at them that way. He really grasped what we were looking for and even steered us clear of some not so great neighborhoods. We ended up getting the 1st home we made an offer on and he was so wonderful at negotiating our final price. I cannot recommend Chase enough, he is great at what he does and is so very personable! If we ever move or sell I will most definitely reach out to him again!!!
