He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible to our wants, but also firm to help us focus on the realistic instead of the fantastical. He was not pushy about any of the processes at all either. He provided his honest opinion when asked, but never unless asked, and when provided it was always very sensible. The final home we ended up purchasing wasn't even on our original list, however, based on our discussions, he was able to determine the type of home and area that worked for us and offered to show us while we were driving around the city looking at other homes. So that fit in our schedule very conveniently. Lo and behold, we fell in love with it immediately and have loved it ever since. Even ran into Chase a few months later out and about and he recognized me and remembered the situation and was very friendly. Chase is the man for your home-hunting needs.
