Buying & selling a home can be a daunting task...but not with the right help! I take pride in being friendly, thorough, efficient, and in exceeding expectations; as well as being available immediately! Most importantly, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me. Having worked in Real Estate or similar industries since 2013, I understand how frustrating it can be when trying to get help from other "professionals." With me there will be no lies, no tricks, no gimmicks, and I do not turn my phone off at 6pm like many of my colleagues. We decided to hire Chase to sell our home of 10 years and to help us find a new one and he was fantastic at accomplishing both! Within 3 days our home was under contract for above asking price and we were in our new one a month and a half later! There are a lot of realtors out there but if you are looking for a knowledgeable one and one who works late nights and weekend to do what needs to be done then Chase is your guy!
