If you are someone who is hesitant about picking a realtor because you are worried about finding someone who actually has your best interest in mind - pick Sarah! We were very choosy in this market, did not want to spend over a certain amount. Sarah never once showed us anything above what we were looking for or pressured us to to see houses when we took a break from the market. It took us 6 months to bid on a house and once we found it she made it our home! She can talk to anyone, has a way with people. Multiple times she said "let me make that call for you" or handled issues we were willing to do ourselves. She truly wanted to do her job. The broker of C. Miles Realty also showed up at our closing, they gave us a gift basket including items for our new home but also our daughter - even our dog! Just a class act on every level.
