Charo King is very professional. She assisted us with house huntinf. She was not one of those kind of agents that would make you sign a whole packet before assisting. We just called her up and said we need help and she was there to assist right away. When viewing homes she pointed out many things in the home for example cracked walls, A/C units malfunctions, etc. She truly wanted to make sure we as a family were completely aware of the pros and cons of any particular home. When we picked our home she was there assisting us all through the process. We had several problems that occurred some were minor and a couple were major that were caused by the builders loan officers. Charo was there fighting for us all the way through.
