Rosella worked with me to look through just about a dozen homes and was always very hardworking and honest. I placed a bid on two homes I lost out on before finally placing a third bid and winning that home. Rosella was always respectful of what I wanted to do and on the home we won there was an issue with the appraisal and the title. Rosella and her team got me the best possible results with both issues, getting me a price directly at appraisal and was able to clear the title issue without me having to be involved. I was very frustrated when the closing date was changed last minute due to the title issue but despite me taking some agitation out on Rosella she maintained a calm and helpful demeanor, I couldn't have asked for someone better to help me in the journey.
