Her communication was excellent, she had so much knowledge about the area we were buying - not just as a realtor but also as a parent. We set a firm budget and had a list of things we needed and she followed it to the letter, showing us various options that could suit our needs. She was so responsive to all of our questions and we had a lot since we were buying and selling. Our situation wasn't the most straightforward as we were selling and purchasing but Charly was on the ball to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible!
