We had a very tricky situation with our rooftop deck and 4 years ago had lost 2 contracts on the house with another realtor. Charlotte did her research, collaborated with her manager, and took many hours to come up with a successful game plan to sell our house. Her communication was top-notch- I was always in the know and she was transparent about everything. She went above and beyondaEUR| when the stagers couldnt stage the bedrooms because the electricity was off, Charlotte did it herself. When we needed repair quotes, she got us a reputable contractor immediately. When we needed someone to go collect keys from the tenants, she volunteered. She truly had our best interest at heart. We were unsure whether we should sell it or continue to rent it, and every step of the way she reiterated she wanted us to do what was best for us. She never pressured us and was always honest. I am beyond thrilled with the sales price she got us for our house and I literally could not recommend anyone more. She is exceptional at her job and is a person of utmost integrity. Selecting her as my realtor was one of the best decisions Ive ever made in my life!
