My husband and I had to move cross-country for his job. We had to go through four realtors before we found Charlotte, which was through referrals through local agents. The day we met her, my husband was down here already looking at houses and we were going to put an offer in and she said before you do that let me stop by and she saved us because this house had so many issues. She checked in all the time. She guided us to a better house with better incentives with a new build. She didnt want us to skip out on any inspections and thank goodness we did it because we found issues and they got fixed. Charlotte notices small details most people dont. She fights for her clients, and she can be fierce. By the time we drove down here cross country I was able to finally see our house before closing and when I saw her, I gave her the biggest hug because she is so personable and she is so caring for her clients. When we got into the last week, our lender was going back-and-forth on rates and payment, and it was extremely frustrating. I was fully prepared not to close on time and apologize to her because she wont get her commission check for another month and she said I dont care. I want you guys to feel comfortable and happy with your purchase. Note that this was over me paying $8 more than agreed with the lender the day before. YesaEUR| she was willing to postpone closing over me saving $8.00 a month. Please note also.. she didnt ask me to write a review or even mention it. I did this because people need to know that if youre buying cross country and want to buy a house without seeing it first she will make sure youre getting into a good place.
