Charlotte went above and beyond when we listed our house last May. One thing, inparticular, that we are very grateful for, is the due diligence she gave to the offers that were presented. There were multiple offers that came in and she was able to quickly discern the good ones from the bad. Had we gone with what appeared to be the best offer, we would have lost our opportunity to sell our house in peak season and lost tens of thousands. She also gave us excellent advice on staging our space and made the open house very appealing for all who visited.
