This was my wife & I's first homebuying experience and really had no idea what to expect out of the whole process. Tyler was an invaluable asset and we are extremely grateful to have had him in our corner. We must have toured over 15 homes and Tyler was willing & ready to set up same day showings, sometimes across town. He advised us on things to take into consideration that we would have otherwise been oblivious to. He was kind spirited & patient with us, never pushy, and always acted in our best interest. He helped us understand how to work with our lender and all of the intricacies of the mortgage lending process. When it came to negotiations, he worked to get us a deal that worked for all parties, which I have come to learn is not always the easiest thing to do. All in all, we had a great experience with Tyler and are very happy with the services provided. We highly recommend working with Tyler!
