Tyler is very well knowledgeable in dealing with the builders. He has great negotiation skills and most importantly he is very responsive and has a lot of patience. Day/night he be in touch just with a phone call/text. Though travelled out of country, he was in touch and continued checking on my interactions with the builder. He advised on many on what documents to be ready with and coordinating with them. Truly enjoyed working with him and I am already in discussion for my second house!!!
