This home purchase was tricky since we were moving from out of State, but Charli made sure everything was taken care of so we didn't have to stress. This is an older home that will need some work, and Charli even put us in touch with contractors in the area to help with our remodel. ZillowVERIFIEDI won't be able to do justice to the level of service that I received and how highly I recommend Charli Bullard, but I will do my best to do so here. She did an absolutely superb job in all the normal roles and responsibilities that you would expect for a buy-side agent: finding an attractive property, managing the process for me, suggesting multiple lenders/property managers/insurance agents, negotiating very competitively on the purchase price/closing costs, etc. In addition, she helped explain the whole process to me, as this was my first real estate transaction, and acted as a liaison for all the services rendered (as I am an out-of-state investor). And as if all that was not enough, she found me tenants for the place (which was being sold unoccupied), which might not be as big of a deal in a normal market environment, but in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, the value of this service cannot be underestimated. I could not have possibly expected to receive such a high level of service when she was recommended to me by a friend of mine who lives in OKC, but I am beyond ecstatic that he recommended Charli to me. When making a big investment it is important to work with someone reliable that you can trust, and I don't think there is anyone else who more appropriately satisfies those criteria than Charli Bullard.
