Inside the folder, there were detailed descriptions for each property and blank pages for us to write down the key strengths and weaknesses of each property.We worked with Joe and purchased a single-family home in April 2020. When we were able to drive down to look at homes, Charles was ready and prepared to show us several homes during a two day period.
