Charles is the consummate salesman. In fact, he's been selling most of his life. At age 16, Charles was credited with the sale of his family's first home, after he sold a young family on why a kid like himself would love the home. Charles is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients, and he specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers who have previously struggled with selling their homes on their own or with another agent. Charles has had a rewarding sales career prior to an industry leap to real estate; he was awarded top sale trips to South Africa, Saint Thomas, Puerto Rico and Mexico while working for a fortune 500 company. He takes pride in educating all clients on every step of the transaction so that they can make an informed decision. He has made a high-level commitment to his real estate education, having been mentored and coached by several of the most highly acclaimed real estate coaches in the industry. In his spare time, Charles enjoys good happy hour with friends, live music, spending time with his lovely girl friend Michelle, exercising in the gym, and seeking adventure in the outdoors.
