Charles Flynn

Charles Flynn may be new to real estate, but he has the experience it takes to succeed in the business. With over 10 years entrepreneurial experience in the Specialty Retailing and Wholesale Supply Industry, Mr. Flynn is no stranger to client loyalty, tough negotiations, strategic planning, brand awareness, and outcome accountability that have become crucial to having successful transactions and business growth in today's real estate market. Charles is a fierce advocate for his clients, his community, and core belief system. The Flynns are residents of the Town of Leroy. Charles met his wife, Kathy, in Buffalo in February of 2002. They were married in 2005, moved to Genesee County in 2006, and adopted their son, Owen, in May of 2009. As a family, they have been volunteers with the Genesee County Animal Shelter since 2006. Personally, Mr. Flynn also volunteers with local Cub Scout Pack 23, the Kiwanis Club of Batavia, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Rochester.
