Tony focuses his efforts on helping buyers and sellers looking to buy, build or sell their home, land, investment property or commercial property. Tony has lived in Ludowici, Georgia for most of his life, and as a local Realtor, he has dedicated his career to helping local homebuyers and sellers of all kinds achieve their goals. He strongly believes in educating his clients as well as his team of agents and consistently provides training opportunities that often include local lenders, real estate attorneys and other industry experts to ensure his team is confident, knowledgeable and hyper-focused on their clients' success. From first time homebuyers to seasoned home sellers, from real estate investors to local land owners, Tony has spent many years cultivating a helpful strategy to seamlessly assist his clients with every one of their real estate transactions regardless of which stage of life they are in. Having been a top Realtor for the past 22 years, Tony Duncan isn't afraid to take the real estate industry head-on and always dives into volunteering and working closely with his office (CENTURY 21 Action Realty) and The Hinesville Area Board of Realtors. He has held almost every position on the Board of Realtors including President and been a top producing agent since starting in the industry. Tony continuously uses his influence and reach in positive ways. He has continued a video series he and his Marketing Director, Rebecca Olson, began back in 2020. Currently this video series is called MEET-UP MONDAY, where Tony and Rebecca interview community influencers and local small business owners in order to showcase their public service, their individualities and in some cases, introduce them to the community for the first time. This video series reaches thousands of people throughout the area each week. Tony believes wholeheartedly in giving back in every way he can. He assists all of the community projects that the Hinesville Area Board of Realtors takes on, including but not limited to the HABR Golf Tournament as well as the community wide Manna House Food Drive which benefit our local Hinesville area Food Bank in tremendous ways. In 2020 Tony became a Homes for Heroes affiliate, a program where affiliate agents elect to give up to 25% of their commission back to local community heroes (military, teachers, law enforcement, healthcare workers, fire fighters) that allow Tony or his team to guide them through buying or selling their home. As of today they have given back over $100,000. They are the #1 Realtor Affiliate in Georgia and #2 in the nation. Lastly, and most importantly, he is a family man. As a single father, Tony raised two boys in Long County, one still in college and the other is now a teacher and coach at Long County Middle School. Tony recently got remarried , he and his wife Michelle actively raise her son Jace and volunteer to help with youth sports, community, and school projects whenever they can.
