Charles "Chuck" Shea

Chuck relocated to North Wildwood in 1999 and began a development company. For 14 years he was involved in building, rehabilitating and converting many properties. His enthusiasm for real estate drove him to obtain his license in 2009, then his Broker's license in 2013. Chuck enjoys bringing buyers and sellers together in this ever changing real Estate market and is a stickler for follow through, even after the sale. He understands that he works for "YOU" the client and knows the importance of the professional duties of being a Realtor.
