ZillowVERIFIEDSadly to say, because I choose this realtor off his amazing reviews. Charles received his commission THAT'S IT!! I have purchased 3 homes and this process was a NIGHTMARE! Not all Charles' fault. But he abandoned us during this process. Walk- through (NO SHOW) need paperwork signed by realtor, loan officer & myself had to call his broker to sign. He assured me he woukd be there at closing. Once again no show/ he went on a cruise. Then emailed apologies thought he would have internet service. Then ended it with I am going to bring housewarming gift when I return. This realtor NEVER CALLED ONCE to see if we were all settled in or anything. Now his broker Ms. Jennifer did and I didn't even work with her. I closed on the 8/2. My husband had me check on Charles to see if he was ok 8/8. He never reached out after returning. He said "I am good and bringing your gift this Saturday 8/10" I waited before writing this review to see if Mr. Charles was going to do some kind of good will gesture for my horrible experience & his abandonment. He did not! Why cause he got his commission ?? "Very disappointing experience. Beware of good reviews"
