Charles did a wonderful job listing the sale of my home. He was outstanding all the way around. He is competent, respectful, patient and genuinely cared about getting me a strong offer. He held an open house the first weekend and within 5 days I was signing a purchase contract. He continued to help me while I was out of state! He was patient with all of the questions, had a good idea of what we were looking for, was helpful at previewing properties before we could get there, and got us into several houses just before listing so it was great.
