Charlene was an excellent KW agent to work with; always positive, punctual, informative, and upbeat even when we had strong personalities and two new processes (solar panel transfer of ownership and a basement flood 10 days before settlement). Charlene works around the clock while managing her own family. Our only gentle suggestion of consideration for Charlene and future clients would be to set clear boundaries of the hours in which real estate communication can occur and/or timeframe in which responses must be given, with regard to work schedules/homelife balance in mind for the benefit of all parties? sacred space . During our home sale transaction Charlene learned about the transfer of solar panel ownership as well as what to do when a catastrophe (frozen pipe burst and fully finished basement flooded, repairs, escrow, settlement extension) happens 10 days before settlement.
