ZillowVERIFIEDWe were looking to purchase a townhouse in Sevierville. I had contacted a local agent to look at a townhouse the day before we were leaving town. He contacted me and said he was unavailable to show the property the next day. I went to the realtor.com site and put in a request to visit the property and Matt Flake called me immediately and said he would try to set up a visit for the next morning. Next morning we looked at the propertyand quickly decided that Matt would be the real estate agent we wanted to use. We live out of state so we knew buying a home in Tennessee would be difficult. Matt was constantly phoning us, texting us or emailing us throughout the whole process. Not living in Tennessee, we were not familar with all of the things required to purchase a home in Tennessee. Matt answered all of our questions and we had plenty of them. Matt has an extensive knowledge of the area, is dependable, honest and has a great personality.
