I came across Chardae on Facebook and was amazed by her success. Chardae doesn't just sell homes, she also educates future homeowners through her posts. Not many realtors will take the time out to offer free knowledge to individuals who may or may not ever work with them. When I met Chardae, it was something about her that just made me feel safe. I felt as though I would be able to trust her and throughout the process she did gain my trust. She educated me and then let me make my own decisions, but was also there when I needed advice. She was always quick to respond and drove almost an hour away from home once or twice per week to view homes with me. She encouraged me when I felt like giving up. My sister and I decided to start a home buying process about December 2020, we wanted to stay in our favorable area at the budget we needed, through our searching online we ran into Chardae (best thing ever). I would have to say we probably weren't her easiest clients, especially with us being first time buyers, but she handled every step of the way with such class, professionalism and understanding. Chardae is absolutely wonderful to work with. It's like having a friend on the "inside" that is working for you. She really cares about her clients through and after the home buying process. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Chardae is a highly skilled professional who is warm, friendly and effective. We were very lucky to find her. I am sure without her guidance we would not have bought the perfect home we were looking for. In this market good houses get snapped up very quickly. We were looking to relocate 800 miles and so needed to do it remotely. A few hours after we contacted her by phone on a Sunday she had arranged a viewing and did a close-up walk through Zoom video of the house in such detail that we made an offer the next day. Chardae helped us make such an effective offer it was quickly accepted. She was the key coordinator between us and the lawyers and owner during the closing representing us extremely well. Her local knowledge is awesome and just what we needed. You could not do better than to have her as your realtor and friend.
