I was selling my home FSBO and Josh reached out to see if I would be willing to work with Realtors. I told him I would and I was amazed at how responsive he was during the process and tentative to the needs of both buyer and seller in trying to negotiate the deal. He brought me an offer and worked with me in crafting it. Unfortunately I received a better offer, however, he went above and beyond to make the deal work. Hes a newer, younger agent but dont be fooled! He is a true real estate professional and it was a pleasure working with him.
