Hi! My name is Chance Gibbs and I grew up on a farm in Olney, Texas but I've lived in Denton County since 2010. I sell all over - with sellers and buyers ranging from eastern DFW, down to Burleson, up to Denton, over to Wichita Falls, and even back to my hometown in Olney. I currently reside in Denton and have been named a Top 3 finalist for Best Real Estate Agent in the Denton Record-Chronicle's "Best of Denton" the past three years in a row. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling with my wife, Sarah, running (or trying to), hanging out with friends and family, and producing independent horror films through my film company, Bar G Moving Pictures.
