We made an offer Friday night and Chad got out offer to the owner?s broker that night. We had an accepted offer Saturday morning. Chad followed up on all the steps needed prior to closing on the home. He kept on top of everything and reminded me of steps I needed to follow up on. You cannot go wrong working with Chad.
