Joe was the perfect agent for us. We had previously talked with two different agents about listing our house and got listing prices vastly different from each other. We needed someone familiar with the uniqueness of our property to give us an idea of where we should really be and Joe provided that for us. At our first meeting he had clearly done his homework.
