Chad and Jamie made our home sale go smoothly! It was a long process because our buyers needed several extensions and Chad kept things moving along as best as he could. It was under contract for over one year so they had to spend many hours on the different negotiations that took place. Our home was a higher end property and the pictures and video that they put together was extremely professional and it brought a lot of attention. They required pre-approval and Chad or Jamie was present at every showing because of the large property and the amount of details that needed relayed to the prospective buyers.
