About Chad Vogt
I am a Realtor with Re/Max Palm Realty and I love it. I have always worked construction, and been told by my friends and family that I should start my own business. The problem was I did not know what to do. I wanted to get away from all of the hard labor, and use my mind and personal skills to create an income. I was involved in an accident which laid me up for a whole year and unable to walk. I started browsing the internet for deals, and started buying and selling whatever I could to make an income. Now I am the go-to guy whenever any family or friends need to find a deal on a purchase. Real Estate has given me the opportunity to make buying and selling for others a career. I am a little different than most, as I am not high pressure, and I try to make the property hunting experience enjoyable. Iam there from the beginning to the end and beyond in most cases. I would like my customers to think of me as "Your Friend In Real Estate".

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Find an Agent that communicates well and knows the area. A good agent can make the buying process much easier, safer and more fun.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Do your research, Price sells homes, the longer your home is on the market the more buyers feel they can beat you up on price.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
First time home buyers, military, investors, out of state buyers and out of country buyers, Sellers
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had a client who had a terrible agent before me. She had been repeatedly taken advantage of by the agent and other tradesman. I helped her sell her home and buy a new home and close on the same day. Since closing I have been there for her to arrange for improvements to the home. It feels really good to have a client go from not trusting anyone to being comfortable and Trusting me.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was in a bad ATV accident and couldn't walk for a year. I was buying and selling things on Craigslist to make an income while sitting at home. A freind mentioned going bigger and trying to sell Homes. The rest is history, I love what I do, and don't have to feel like a used car salesman selling objects, I help people find homes/investments that work for them.
