I cant recommend Chad any more strongly. He helped us sell our house while we were on the other side of the country. His responses to my calls and texts were almost always instant. He helped us navigate a difficult sale (really nice house, on a great lot, needing a lot of work to make it beautiful again) and did all the legwork to ensure an on time and smooth closing. He was armed with all the recommendations and contact information for trusted contractors and handymen for whatever we needed to do to the house to get it ready to sell. He never seemed like he needed our business but always worked on our behalf and treated as if he did. You will not be a number as a client of Chads. He will make you feel like you are his only client and getting your home sold or purchased is his top priority. If we lived in the Cincinnati metro region, we would 100% work with Chad again. And we will be recommending him to our friends who are still there.
