Chad was a fantastic realtor to work with. I've only worked with one other realtor, he was fired after a week, and his replacement wasn't much better. Ethics, communication, and hustling to sell the property are his major strengths. I always knew what was happening with the townhouse, who was interested or not. Would definitely recommend Chad and should we be in the market to sell, we will absolutely use Chad. Couldn't ask for a better realtor! dY'?

Chad, Ryan, Kasey, Piper and the whole CMS Home Group team were a pleasure to work with in the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. When we began looking for a new house, and being rather particular in what we were looking for, the CMS team listened to our aEUR~wants and asked great questions that we hadnt thought of or considered. This process created a focused search that addressed everything we were looking for. When a house came on the market a short time later, Chad was more than willing to step away from his evening activities in order to get us inside the house to look around within a few short hours after it listed. This led to an immediate offer, and after a little back and forth with the sellers, Chad and the CMS Home Group team were able to seal the deal. Immediately after closing on the new house, the focus turned to getting our existing residence ready for sale. We told Chad we wanted to move at aEURoeF1 speedaEUR? - and they delivered. He conducted a pre-inspection which helped us get an idea of what a future buyers inspection may uncover. We addressed the items in the pre-inspection and turned to updating our home. Chad and his team were able to relay on their connections to get paint, electrical, carpet and various other work done in less than two weeks. Our old home sold in under two weeks after listing and we were beyond thrilled with the process. Our new home is great, and while we are sad to say goodbye to our old home, it was needed due to the size of our family. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Chad and the CMS Home Group team and thank them for all the effort they put into getting us out of our old home and into our new home! Based on our pleasant experience we have already recommended them to friends who have asked us how our situation went so smooth/fast and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in the sale or purchase of a new property.
