ZillowVERIFIEDIt's hard to put together words to describe the experience that Chad provided in my new home buying process, but let's just say I'm beyond impressed. First off, speed, when it comes to quickness on every phone call or text being answered within minutes. Every piece of the contract and documents were handled immediately. Every aspect of the inspections were scheduled quickly, and then after purchase rescheduled to complete anything necessary the day the keys were handed over. I truly don't think there's a quicker agent out there. The professionalism Chad holds up, at such a young age, I feel is unmatched. Yet all done so in a friendly and comfortable feeling way. I had 10+ other agent connections to choose from and glad I made this decision. Not to mention the $50k seller credit that was achieved for repairs found during inspections. Overall I can go on an on about how happy I am with everything, but I can't speak more highly of this experience, and will happily refer Chad to any and all looking to buy a house. ZillowVERIFIEDSimply put Chad was amazing. There are a few things that I want to highlight (among many). We have been looking for a home for over 3 years. Before we met Chad we had been working with another agency for about 1.5 years. Our prior agent clearly lost enthusiasm to work with us over that time period. At the end, it felt like a long-term partner losing interest in a relationship. And then we met Chad and his team by chance at a showing. Immediately thereafter Chad shared with us off-market listings that met the characteristics that were important to us, and his level of enthusiasm and responsiveness was consistently at a high level throughout our entire odyssey. With each home that we had interest in, he took the time to explain his recommended approach and the underlying rationale, and answered all of our questions no matter how minute or silly. When we identified this property we ended up closing on, Chad brilliantly guided us with a strategy that led to immediate acceptance of our offer before even the first official open house. There were some identified issues with the property during inspections, and Chad negotiated a significant drop in purchase price and seller credit. He went above and beyond to get the best deal for us. We had pre-arranged travel plans and had an extremely tight schedule to close and move before traveling, and Chad persisted in communicating with our loan agent and we were able to sign documents in time to close in time. Finally, Chad has continued to arrange quotes for the work that needs to be completed in the new home all while organizing work that needs to be done on our current residence to sell as well. I feel so at peace traveling knowing that Chad is here continuing to oversee all aspects of preparing both homes. I can't speak highly enough of Chad and would recommend him wholeheartedly and unreservedly to anyone that I know.

His knowledge for the area was incredible and he is expert for how to set up inspection works before deal close.
