In an effort to keep the commission on both sides of the sale of our home (legal in MN but not most states due to the obvious con flirt of interest) Exit protected a buyer who did not pre-qualify for 3.5 months and did not send a single other potential buyer from their office to our home. They even kept WINTER photos on MLS until June 22nd. And no photos of our lake, the 75 sandy beach, dock, or low sloping lawn. Now, having spoken to several real estate professionals, these guys are the worst

Using Chad Schwendeman caused us to spend 3 months and 13 days on a buyer they found that was not pre-qualified and failed 3 different times. This caused us to vacate our home before May 22 closing that Schwendemans agent assured us would happen and did not. The result is OVER $10,000 in storage costs.

C. Schwendeman/Exit was a very poor experience for us, and his broker barely met their fiduciary responsibility to us as seller, per their contract. And there Was serious conflict of interest as they tried desperately to earn $ on both buyer/seller commissions. To the extent they provided a buyer who could not pre-qualify and flunked several attempts. Schwendeman went so far as to use WINTER photos on sites from 4/4 thru JUNE 22. No photos of lake,sand beach, dock, sloping landscaped lawn. From 3/31 to final 7/13 closing they provided ZERO traffic other than the original buyer who finally closed at the 3rd closing date.
