About Chad Phillips

Hello! I'm happy to say I've been living, working, and playing all over Northern Michigan for nearly 40 years! I am utilizing the the skills I've developed as a teacher, school counselor, and coach to help you have a great experience buying or selling real estate. I intend to prove, above all else, that you can trust me. No amount of money is worth damaging the reputation I have built as a member of this community for nearly all of my life. Perhaps my greatest strength though is my work ethic. We had a 6-acre piece of property for sale for about three years. Trying to sell property with Covid soaring, and building material costs skyrocketing, was more than challenging. We had it listed with a realtor who was a great guy, but imo lacked the creativity to sell the property amongst these challenges. When that contract ran out we made the switch to Chad Phillips. Chad had the technical skills, the creativity, and the expertise to aggressively market our property. Needless to say, we closed on the sale after less than a year. Chad did an amazing job for me. I moved over 4000 miles to my new home. I never had to wait for a response from him. He was on it 110%! Chad always kept me informed, gave me valuable information about the area and was professional, and kind.
