I am a 4th generation New Mexican Realtor. I attended New Mexico State University where I secured my Bachelors in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Out of college I became a broker and spent the next four years in Real Estate. Near the millennium a separate business venture sidetracked my Real Estate Career. I used my Real Estate skills to enter the insurance industry as a claim adjuster. I experienced some of the most "interesting" property claims during this period. Over the last few years I watched the economy take a downturn. During this time several friends were trying to sell their homes without success. Their Realtor's were good but had not experienced a market like this. After suggesting many unique ideas over a period of several months these friends came to me and asked me to reacquire my license and assist them in their Real Estate needs. I did just that and have joined the One Stop Realty Team. At One Stop I am allowed to develop unique marketing plans to fit each individual home and seller. We believe that there is no cookie cutter marketing plan that fits all the houses and in this market. We need to play to the strengths of your property to get it sold. We haven't forgotten about buyers. We are currently working with several mortgage bankers that have proven that they are in this for the long haul. With my knowledge and experience in home sales and adjusting we can work as a team to help you get your next home.
