Chad grew up in neighboring Charlotte County and attended Hampden-Sydney College thereafter spending nearly a decade in corporate training sales while living in Virginia Beach and Richmond, Virginia. In 2011, Chad and his family made a permanent return to southern Virginia. Having grown up enjoying the land through farming and hunting, he has an intrinsic understanding of the various offerings southern Virginia provides. Chad was absolutely wonderful. Intelligent, well-spoken, respectful and responsive. What more could you as for? He was able to bring in several offers and sell our property within a matter of weeks after listing it, whereas other agents we listed with previously weren't able to stir up any interest at all. We were absolutely delighted with the procedure and the execution. We like Chad so much, that we're probably going to have him sell another property for us. If that isn't high praise, I don't know what is.
