This agent (and his wife -- they work as a team) has got to be the least responsive agent in the RE business! I actually contacted him/his wife on 3 separate occasions (all for different listing possibilities). I spoke by phone to his wife on 2 separate occasions (giving details), and by email via his website on a 3rd occasion. They never bothered to contact me/ follow up again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for lack of response on the first two tries. But, 3 strikes and you are out.NO FOLLOWUP on any of these occasions! These occasions all involved seeking a RE agent to sell property that I own. Let me repeat that: I contacted them to SELL my properties, and they never bothered to follow up with me. ( I have to assume they are selling so much RE that they cannot bother to take on any more listings!)Obviously, I would not recommend him (or his wife), for seller's agent.
