Chas is the most intelligent, responsible, kind and dependable real-estate agent that I have ever met. I met him at an open house that he had on 5/28/22. At the time I had my own agent that I was working with but when I met Chad I loved his energy so much that I took his card. Chad... where to begin! I have known Chad since 2017 when I was lucky enough to have him reach out about a house I had inquired about through Zillow. He helped me get into my first condo in Wareham in December 2017, then listed/sold it in less than two weeks in October of 2020. Prior to selling my condo inA 2020, we worked together to come up with a plan toA get me into my first multifamily property. After living with my boyfriend for a year and a half, I decided it was time to make the move back towards my hometown in central Mass... He drove over an hour and a half just to come to two showings with me, then proceeded to drive all that way again to go to the home inspection, walkthrough, and closing. He has made it very clear he is willing to drive as far as necessary to get the job done.A The two family home had been more than I had originally wanted to spend, but having been owned by a contractor, I knew it had been well taken care of. Chad went through the bones of the house with me and made me feel confident that this home was structurally sound, regardless of the fact it had been built in 1880 on a fieldstone foundation. Upon completing a home inspection (which was the cleanest the home inspector had ever seen for a home of this age), Chad was able to negotiate in a radon mitigation system which saved me almost $1,000. He was also able to get them to service the upstairs furnace prior to close, which was awesome in this market where people are waiving home inspections just to close the deal.During the purchasing process, the interest rate wasA raised significantly through my pre-approvalA bank, but Chad helped me to see through the darkness and was able to help me get approved at an evenA better rate. He was able to guide me through rough waters with poise. He has helped me on numerous occasions with silly questions I've had over the years, as well as connecting me with trusted people to install new flooring. My new-to-me home has a 220 square foot unfinished room which Chad has helped me to envision the possibilities. He gave me a rough estimate of how much he thought it would cost to complete and has connected me with people who will be able to complete the work.
