Chad was absolutely the best. I was unable to actually see the property before I bought it because of an injury and had to rely on Chad for a lot more than is usual in a real estate transaction. He was always available and informed. He went above and beyond what you usually get from your realtor. Use this guy. He is what you always want but seldom get from using a realtor.

Chad diligently assisted us through a lengthy sale process, which was complicated by water in our crawlspace. Chad isn't afraid of hard work, and went down into our crawlspace himself to take a look at the problem and help come up with solutions. He ended up recommending contractors who solved the water problems, so that we could secure a buyer that was willing to pay a fair price for the house. Our buying process hit some snags as well, but Chad competently guided us through them and we are moving into a wonderful place this weekend.
