Chad isn't afraid of hard work, and went down into our crawlspace himself to take a look at the problem and help come up with solutions. He ended up recommending contractors who solved the water problems, so that we could secure a buyer that was willing to pay a fair price for the house. Our buying process hit some snags as well, but Chad competently guided us through them and we are moving into a wonderful place this weekend.
