When it was time for me to find a real estate person to carry me through the process of selling my home I studied the listings and sales statistics of my local market via the ease of the internet. That brought me to Elite Real Estate Pros and Chad Crimmins. My efforts turned out to be rewarding. Chad Crimmins and Patricia Schilling met with me and laid out the information to present and price my home in a fast changing market. That information and presentation led to a rapid sale on the top bar of a rising market at the time. The communication and coordination by Chad and the Elite Real Estate Pro Staff for the entire selling process could have been second to none.
