This was my first time buying a home by myself, so needless to say, it was a little intimidating! Thank goodness for Chad! He walked me through the process, explained everything in detail, and gave me all the information I needed in order to make an informed decision. He also was able to find the perfect house for me and my budget!! He truly had my best interest at heart and went above and beyond in order to get me where I needed to be! It was a long, convoluted road that he had no problem navigating with me and, we had some laughs along the way! We cannot recommend Chad enough. He is a very calm, knowledgeable, and caring realtor. He listened very carefully to our concerns and gave us really good advice throughout the whole process. Chad is confident and competent in his skills as a realtor. It is so easy for the seller to be emotional over selling their precious, memory making home. Chad is able to bring the rational and logical options to the forefront, and assist you in making the best decision for bringing about a good deal that the buyer and seller will agree with. We had one of the larger homes for sale in the neighbourhood, but it was not a challenge for Chad.
