I first learned of Cesar through his YouTube video while searching for realtors and probate questions in the Houston area. Although my request was more related to a probate attorney than a realtor, he was happy to refer someone when I asked. That referral worked out great! And just talking with Cesar and getting his knowledge of the real estate market and what he does, my husband and I look forward to working with him when it's time to sell our home.
