I always knew Shirley would be the hard working realtor for me if I ever decided to sell my house because for over 10 years, every December, she would walk through my neighborhood and personally drop off calendars to every house. She helped me stage my house for the first viewing and we got an offer that weekend! I was nervous that the house would fall out of escrow and we would have to start the open house process all over again. Feeling my anxiety, she spoke with her lender to make sure the potential buyer was actually qualified before we accepted the offer which put my mind at ease. She was always available and patient while answering all the questions I had during the escrow process. I was very nervous the entire time and Shirley constantly assured me that everything would be OK and it was. Thanks to Shirley we sold our house quickly and without any unforeseen issues. Shirley is the greatest and we plan to send her many referrals in the future!

ZillowVERIFIEDI dont write reviews very often.. Shirley is the exception to my rule. Shirley has been nothing short of fantastic since my first time contacting her till the close of escrow. I wanted my home sold quickly and Shirley knew this aggressive timeline was important to me. She got it DONE. Shirley answered all my questions and if she didnt know the answer, she would find it quickly. Shirley is an expert in her field therefore she is busy.. but she does not forget to call and provide updates weekly, if not, daily. I never felt overlooked or uncared for. Shirley truly cares and is passionate about her job!

ZillowVERIFIEDShirley had been very patient and accommodating. She had no problem driving from Riverside to Chino/Ontario so we could see properties and we did it for several weekends. We made offers to more than 10 properties, even had disappointing encounters with a few sellers or their agents. The property we finally got did not come easy either. While we gave her instructions, it was her negotiating skills that closed the deal that's mutually beneficial to us and the seller.I highly recommend Shirley to whoever needs to buy residential property.

Communication is key with her and she hes very knowledgeable in all aspects of reality.The associates that she works with are top notch too. Her photographer got in and took pictures so we could get the house on the market quickly, and he did a great job on making the property look wonderful. This is where Shirleys years of experience help out with closing properties. From advise she gives on presenting the property to the very end of closing, she was with us all the way and communicating every day on what was happening. Ive worked with other realtors and I cant say that they kept in touch as much as Shirley did. And one thing I hate is being in the dark when theres so much at stake.
