I engaged the professional services of Ms. Celina Paniagua of Keller Williams in late January, 2021, to assist me in purchasing a reinvestment property in Stockton, CA. She was referred to me by my trustees' daughter-in-law, Ms. Anna Shea, who is a licensed realtor with Keller Williams of San Francisco. Celina Paniagua faced the difficult task of working around the very confusing and intricate complications of both a trust, and the specific needs pertaining to time constraints and identifying a like property in a 1031 Exchange, in terms of replacing an investment property.
