1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Start with partnering with an agent to get you involved with a lender to lay out the budget before looking at homes.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choosing an agent can be very hard because there are so many of us. However, choosing the right one who will listen and respect your boundaries is very key. Giving the REALTOR a insight of your end goal is very help so that we can get you there.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Diverse. I am a listing expert, but also represent referred buyers. From new construction to re sale and even commercial!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Getting my seller to close when she fell through several transactions with a prior agent is always an achievement. Knowing how to limit risk really helps the transaction, and how to choose a solid offer is very key!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in hospitality, but wanting to give back to my community is what really got me involved.
