Cecelia worked with us for quite a while, 8 months actually, looking for and bidding on a "lot" of properties. She gained a great feel for what we were looking for, and would be quick to dismiss several properties and point out quite a few features that wouldn't work for us, or would have been issues later, some of which we wouldn't have thought of. She is very professional, personable, well liked in the community, and not in a hurry to push the client into a property. She really tries to find that gem that works for you in 90% of the case, which is more realistic than trying to find the absolute perfect home. It doesn't exist.
