This was our first time buying a house. cause was very professional, took time to consider our wishes, and came with a good list of properties that fit our needs and our budget. She never once tried to push us into any situation we were uncomfortable with, such as a bidding war.She was incredibly responsive to our questions throughout the buying process. When we found a home we wanted, she helped us understand the steps along the way leading to closing, utilizing her network of professionals to help us along the way.During the negotiations, we encountered issues, as is common. Working with Caysi was a breath of fresh air. We had no knowledge about her when she showed us a couple of houses in the neighborhood we ended up buying in and within a very few minutes it seemed as though we had known her for years. She was humble enough to say when she didn't have an answer, but, she did the work to get the answer in short notice. She is extremely honest. No B.S. from her. She didn't try to pressure us at all. She could not have been more helpful during the entire time of construction to closing. She was even available when she was out of town. There really isn't enough room here to say how thankful we are that Caysi ended up being our agent. When we had issues with the builder she fought hard for us. If there was something we really wanted she made it happen. She knows the area really well and has been helpful with things other than just the real estate. Besides being our real estate agent we consider her a friend. We would use her again and if anyone we know needs an agent Caysi is at the top of the list!! She was respectful, honest, professional, attentive, and pleasant to work with.
